Swiss media: Rapper Noizy arrested at airport, was on his way to a concert

The famous Albanian rapper, Noizy, was arrested on Saturday at Zurich airport as soon as he arrived in Switzerland to promote his new album, Swiss media report.

The news was confirmed by the Zurich Cantonal Police to the Swiss media outlet Watson.

According to Swiss authorities, the arrest was carried out by order of the Prosecutor’s Office for serious violent crimes, but further details have not yet been made public.

Noizy was expected to perform at the Rinora 4 club in Rümlang near Zurich, where he had announced a concert to promote his latest music project. But after his ban, the organizers have removed all announcements and advertisements from social media.

So far, Noizy or his representatives have not commented on the arrest in Switzerland. /TCh/
